 Here are a couple of patches to update the URLs.

 One of the URLs I updated, but it seems it was broken before. It was:
 https://gitweb.torproject.org/user/isis/bridgedb.git/tree/refs/heads/feature/7520
 -social-dist-design:/doc/papers/naor2001efficient.pdf
 and I changed it to:
 https://gitweb.torproject.org/user/isis/bridgedb.git/tree/doc/papers/naor2001efficient.pdf?h=feature/7520
 -social-dist-design
 but neither of those links to an existent file.
