 Why not make this a public list?  So far, we're discussing at lot of dev
 meeting stuff on the public wiki.

 And why not make this a general dev meeting list, not just for this year's
 summer dev meeting?

 Do you have a suggestion for naming the list?  tor-dev-meeting@, tor-
 meeting@, tor-meetings@, etc.?
