 Some people are uneasy discussing travel arrangements publicly. I'm one of
 them.

 I don't want people that will not be at the meeting to participate
 (longtime trusted contributors can be an exception) so we can focus on
 what happens during the meeting.

 My idea of making it a temporary list is that we have a clear process: 1.
 you are invited at the meeting; 2. you accepted; 3. you get subscribed to
 the dedicated list. No need to sort out people once the meeting is over.
