 If by height then it's about "delta_fix = Math.floor(diff_height / 2);"
 which can be non optimal value for try without knowing real title bar
 size. I don't know how to optimize it. You can to hardcode it to some
 values probably, but which one? Will it work for another computer? kludge
 invites kludges, alas.
