 It'll install to e.g. the user's directories but it fails to install in
 Program Files and also doesn't give any kind of reason for failure, nor
 tell you it failed. I assume it's some kind of NSIS issue -- maybe I need
 to elevate installation privileges (currently we have
 RequestExecutionLevel user)? -- but we never did that in the past. No idea
 what is happening right now.
