Comment:

 Hi ref1. Tor flags your circuit as being 'dirty' after ten minutes and
 makes further connections on a new one. You can change this by setting the
 'MaxCircuitDirtiness' torrc option.

 Tor cycles its circuits to help keep you safe so I wouldn't recommend
 changing this to anything too insane. :)
