 Just a heads up, this is breaking the connection panel in arm (see the
 "New arm version doesn't show connections" thread on tor-talk@). I'll look
 into working around this later, though I'll probably need to warn the user
 that connection functionality will be broken unless they set
 "DisableDebuggerAttachment 0".

 ... yay. :(
