 I just called it critical because people can't really place a value on
 someone's needs or values to their security and safety...

 Many people do use Tor for their safety and security that is why I marked
 this critical...

 Actually, think about some of those Chinese users out there, it's actually
 a matter of life for some...

 It's critical for some and not others...
