 Sounds right. Someone should clean their website sandbox, build and push
 the website again. According to
 https://www.transifex.net/projects/p/torproject/resource/1-website-index-
 pot/, the translation of index.wml is at 68% for Farsi, which means we
 don't include it on the website at all.
