 Ok, after cleaning and repushing, https://www.torproject.org/index.html.fa
 now gives me a 404.

 Whoever pushes next that hasn't done a fresh checkout will presumably add
 the file back. :)

 I wonder if 'make clean' is enough. At first glance it appeared to be.
