Hello team,

at the last team meeting we briefly discussed starting a new Git
repository metrics-team for collecting team-related documentation.
This could include code style guides, how we're using Git, doing code
reviews, using Trac, managing external dependencies, doing releases,
deployment on Tor hosts, and so on.  Basically, what would we like a
new team member to read rather than have to ask or remain unclear
about.  And we totally wouldn't want to write (and maintain) all that
text ourselves, but we would like to adopt and maybe adjust existing
documentation if possible.

We'd like to do a 1-hour-max brainstorming session tomorrow at the
usual meeting time at 14:00 UTC (with the next regular meeting
happening next week).  We'll probably hold most of the meeting on a
pad that we're going to create at the beginning of the meeting.

And just in case you cannot make it, don't worry about missing the
opportunity to object to some guideline or another.  We're only
collecting ideas tomorrow, not deciding which of them we'll use in the
team.  And if you want to add something to the list, we're going to
paste the result of the brainstorming session to this list afterwards.
 The actual decision which guidelines to use for now will be made
either at the next team meeting in a week from now or on the team
mailing list.
