I just closed the poll which received four votes.  The two winner time
slots are either the time slot we used in the past or one hour
earlier.  I suggest we just stick to the current time slot, which is
every other Thursday at 14:00 UTC.  I'll send out a meeting reminder
next week as usual.  Thanks for participating in the poll!
