I took a relay offline 2 days ago and still haven't received a notification from Tor Weather. The preferences page confirms everything is configured, but yet, it doesn't seem to be working for me. I checked the spam folder. Is there someplace to file tickets for this, or some other contact info for the maintainers of this service? I'd be happy to share additional details if someone wants to look into it.

tor weather hasn't been working for me for a long time and AFAIK it is not maintained...
It seems to be working at least some of the time, as I did receive a notification to the same email address for another node, back in mid-October.
If it's not maintained and not expected to work reliably, it should be taken down. I have a hard time believing this is the case though.
I just received the Tor Weather notifications. They were over 2 days late.
The email headers show Tor Weather just sent them, and it only took a few seconds for Gmail's MX to receive and accept. I.e., the delay appears to be somewhere on the Tor Weather server side.

The VM had been down for a few days.

I have received today a notification after my node went down for ~20 hours.

Who's managing the current Tor weather system? I'll be happy to help out if some maintenance (or some changes) are needed.

This is what https://www.torproject.org/getinvolved/tshirt.html says:
The nice people at torservers.net are handling the tshirt requests.
I got a note from Tor Weather a couple days ago that I can get a tshirt but I haven't received it yet, of course.
Cheers, Jannis

I also went through the "Ask us for a shirt" instructions and never heard back. :(

When did you send them something? As they’re doing it voluntarily, just give them some time. :) Also, as the guys at torservers.net http://torservers.net/ are operating some nice exit nodes, they’re most probably reading this.

We are :-) Yes, the backlog is long, it's all being done manually for now until someone works on a nicer Weather. Everyone will get a shirt who matches the requirements.
Also, our shirts are fair trade organic cotton and we know the producers and order quite large amounts. One downside is that over time we run out of some sizes and colors, and also that we have to physically store all the shirts "somewhere at home". Now imagine your own flat with an extra 19 boxes of 140kg of shirts.
Obviously this is not a final solution, we're slowly working on improving the process, along with all the other things.
:-)

Hi Moritz! Thanks for going to the effort of doing all this volunteer outreach for Tor. I had imagined that this is probably an issue of "Overburdened all-volunteer team" and am not at all upset with anyone over not hearing back. :)
That said, do you know what happened to my request? I'm operating piecoopdotnet [3] relay - we've been up for a while now. Maybe a year-ish?

Is there any way in which those who are willing to help out print / pay for printing / stock / mail out t-shirts / do admin stuff can help?
Cheers, Sam.
