Hello, the Torproject. We launched relays and bridges 3 days ago, today we received a few emails from noreply@torweather.org saying that our relays are down. Your metrics website says our relays are offline, but in fact our VPS are online and tor daemon is running. The status of our bridges is displayed as online. We attached tor daemon log from one of our relays and list of our relays and bridges fingerprint. Is this an error on your metrics website and Tor Weather bot or we misconfigured something?

Neither. Your relays got blocked for the time being and Gus reached out to you to get that sorted out. Please follow-up with him and keep the bad-relays@ list in Cc where the related conversation started.

What does that mean got blocked? How can we fix it? We emailed to gus@torproject.org and got automatic responses about video calls. How can we talk to a live person about our issue?

Talking to us (Gus in this case) is a right step in that direction.

Those were no automatic responses. Gus send them and he is pretty much a live person as any of us. I've met him in real life before the pandemic for whatever that's worth.
So, again, hopping on that video call and talking to us is the right and only way forward.
Hope this helps, Georg

These responses were automatic. We didn't mention anything about video call. We understand we maybe emailed to a wrong address regarding our issue but why are you purposely making things more complicated for us? Please tell us where we can ask about our issue? Should we open a new issue on Github? maybe you can ask Gus to check his mailbox manually

I was wondering whether this was the first actual case where someone exploited vulnerabilities at a wordpress website to place the CIISS v2 proof file on someone else's webserver. To investigate that suspicion I reached out to the Qimam organization (not using the gmail address) the same day these 122 nodes came online.

Yes, we too.
