There is a way to cancel/change Tor's security settings(which means that i can't use same ip for two parts of the circuit-Guard/Bridge or Middle or Exit) and set him to use the same ip for all his circuit(Guard, middle and exit). and or instead of doing that can i set a specific Middle-Relay?

If I count correctly, that's the third time you ask basically the same questions using slightly different wording? Repetition won't change the answers you were given.
