I'm asking because before the update to the tor v. 3.2.10 it was usually about even. I've let things settle in for a few weeks while the throughput dropped to half what it was before, but the 2 to 1 connexion imbalance which started a few days after the update has persisted. Should I worry? It does seem to be working. TIA, --Torix

Hello.
I too have noticed this, and have been keeping track. The number of users has gone up slightly yet number of relays has said roughly the same, I don't think this is enough to explain what is going on though.
