I've forwarded your request to bad-relays@, who will BadExit the relay once they've determined it is refusing valid requests.

necto.onion is not a valid onion service: it does not have enough characters.

There is! They run a test/demonstration site for malicious filtering at http://www.internetbadguys.com/.
