Just upgraded my relay 855BC2DABE24C861CD887DB9B2E950424B49FC34 to 0.2.9.10 and now I get a new warning in the log file:
Mar 13 12:02:22.000 [notice] Bootstrapped 100%: Done Mar 13 12:03:20.000 [warn] Cannot make an outgoing connection without a DirPort. Mar 13 12:03:21.000 [notice] Self-testing indicates your DirPort is reachable from the outside. Excellent. Publishing server descriptor.
Everything is working fine, just curious about the warning. Is it an actual problem with my setup or a quirk of 0.2.9.10?

It is a quirk of 0.2.9.10: https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/ticket/20711
It's fixed in the 0.3.0 branch, which will hopefully become stable in not too long.
For those in this situation in the future, try googling for your strange warning text. :)
Thanks for running a relay! --Roger
