I started a relay with them recently as well, for me it took about 1 day before I was able to start the VPS. They will send you an email saying it is ready.

A couple of hours ago, I availed a VPS from OVH just to try it out and it's been 10 hours now and my payment was validated and the order is still being processed, is this a normal waiting time for the order to be delivered? Thanks for the help.
