Somebody messed up their system clock, that is the Unix epoch (or close to it anyways).

Actually it was a shiny new bug: https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/ticket/9798
Once turtles upgrades (or downgrades), the incorrect log messages should stop. Fortunately I think they only show up on relays, not clients, so we only have a few thousand anxious people. :/
