You're right! https://consensus-health.torproject.org/ I've mentioned it to Tom, our volunteer maintainer for the page. And also I think he is getting these mails. Hopefully he'll find a neat bug somewhere and we'll all get smarter. :) Thanks, --Roger

I checked today and it was updated. I didn't see anything in the output logs on the server. I'm afraid I'm no smarter; but thank you for noticing and reporting. I sometimes see emails to tor-relays but the most reliable method is to email me directly or to ping me on irc. Thanks again for helping out, Paul. -tom
