No, you haven't misconfigured anything, from what I can see. What atlas is reporting is the Observed Bandwidth, which is the average bandwidth observed over the time it's been up. Hi zwiebel, I have informed Linode of this and they are perfectly fine with it. As for the uptime, I just started this a few days ago and have been tweaking the rules every now and then to achieve the best results.
