Hrm. I am not sure. bastet, longclaw, and maatuska are running sbws, our new and simple bandwidth scanner (bastet switched over to it on 05/28). So, there could be a still existing underlying sbws bug that is causing the decline. I've opened a ticket[1] to investigate the issue. Thanks, Georg

As a general note: I asked the operator of bastet to switch back to Torflow as soon as possible, so that Torflow-backed bandwidth authorities have a majority again in our network. That should mitigate the immediate problem and get all your relays back to appropriate consensus weights (unless there are sbws-unrelated bugs preventing that). I think part of the problem here was that this issue got brought up in the current HSDir flag requirements thread and was harder to spot that way. At least I overlooked it and I am sorry for that. Oh, and your relay and contributions are indeed much appreciated (even though you might got a different impression). I am glad the bug you mention back then is on file now and we can start tracking it down and fixing it (work on that began today). Georg
