[tor-relays] Thoughts on a meta-package for bridges?

Hello relay operators,

I just started a thread about the usability of running different bridges on tor-dev@ and would appreciate some feedback from bridge operators. Though for the sake of better communication, I decided to avoid cross posting and only send it to tor-dev@.
