What do guard, middle and exit probabilities mean? Say, for example, that the middle probability for a certain relay is 0.15% and the guard probability for the same relay is 0.20%. What does that mean?
A client has a probability of 0.20% of choosing the relay as a guard in any circuit, and an 0.15% probability of choosing it as a middle. There are some other rules that restrict which relays can be in a circuit together, they might change the actual probabilities slightly. T
