Hi Toralf, euServ used to be a good provider I think. But to legally host a Tor relay you have to rent a dedicated root server there. Did you already look at Server4You? I think they are a little expensive compared to other hosters but the quality is supposed to be good.

Looked around for another provider in Germany with good prices and an appropriate AGB (added few things to the WIKI btw) - no luck so far till now.
