Hello Gerald, thanks for reporting this to us. I wouldn't worry too much about this particular log message. It's a known issue that might be caused by (a yet unknown) bug, or an alternative Tor implementation: https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/ticket/15618 Thanks!
