The 'normal's above are ambiguous and conflicting. Replace them with 'non-exit' and 'exit'.
Ah, actually no, replace them with "relay" and "relay".
In that text, "normal relay" is as opposed to "bridge relay".
The FAQ text sure needs some updating.
