I'm asking the Torpoject to publicly answer the question: why do you add BadExit and MiddleOnly flags to new relays?
The TorProject is an open source project and you can read all the information about what, why, when and how. Instead of wasting your time with tor-relays list mail address harvesting, you should have read Docu.

In short: We don't want government, criminal or misconfigured relays in the Tor network. Otherwise, every relay operator is warmly welcome and the same rules apply to everyone.
Please don't lie as you did before and list the criteria here
I think this is a baseless claim. Show your relay fingerprints and the relevant answers if you claim someone lied. Without relay fingerprints, I consider your email to be a FUD attack from a bored teenager.
