[tor-relays] Minimum traffic for a relay to be helpful to the network

Hello list, So a while back, I was attempting to run a relay via Google Cloud, but had trouble finding an appropriate speed without having to spend a huge amount of money on outbound traffic. I am wondering what would be a good amount to dedicate to the relay while keeping it inexpensive to run: Here is Google Clouds pricing plans https://cloud.google.com/network-tiers/pricing It appears they charge a few cents a gigabyte, thx. --Keifer
