How to properly configure such a relay which is working only for a few hours per day ?

If it matters, I, for one, start tor in the morning with the laptop, and it lasts all day, until evening. In average, that's about 12~14 hours/day, give or take, during which I share (a relay) with 2.5/5 MBytes traffic (the RelayBandwidthXXX settings). Vlad
