I can indeed ping both of your IPv4 and IPv6 from gabelmoo right now, but this is potentially a config error:

router systemli 192.68.11.219 443 0 80 or-address [2001:678:a40:7001::cccc]:9050

Are you certain the different ports are intended to be like this? If yes, that shouldn't be an issue I guess, but if not it might be the source of the problem. Or maybe there is a bug if your v4 and v6 ports don't match, though that would be a weird bug.
