If you paid with a credit card, give them a choice: they can either refund your money or you will initiate a chargeback. Either way you get your money back, but with the chargeback you will probably get all of your money back instead of a prorated refund, they have to pay a fee, and may have their merchant account terminated if they get enough of them. -Pascal On 2/25/2015 12:35 PM, Speak Freely wrote:
