The repo contains .dsc files for lucid, precise, quantal and raring. The precise dsc should be fairly close to what's necessary for oneiric, so if you change your sources.list entry for deb.torproject.org from oneiric to precise and re-run "sudo apt-get update" I suspect the "apt-get source" will succeed.
BTW, since apt-get-source is just downloading files and verifying checksums, you don't need to run it under sudo as long as you run it in a directory where your regular user account has write permissions.
Are you sure that you need to compile? From a quick survey it appears that the armel debs might work just fine on the Udoo.
