They block access to their web site to Tor users. This doesn't bode well for how Tor friendly they are. Their chatbot also claims tor is not allowed: "Running Tor relays on a VPS from WEDOS is generally not allowed due to the potential misuse of such services for attacks" Too bad becasue the price you quotes is attractive.
