This is despite them being less than helpful in a support ticket, as they demanded that I do a KYC check to run a Tor relay in their India location (I'm not sure if they really understood that it was a non-exit).
Regarding this, I believe there is an Indian Law that requires all hosting providers and domain registrars that are operating in India to perform KYC checks by collecting your passport or ID.
