The thing is that I have not (yet?) found a hosting provider with a viable offer in terms of network traffic cost. Using a dedicated server with a flat fee was cheaper for me than any VPS with metered traffic, based on the volume of data node HORUS1 has been moving.
I could limit the bandwidth for Tor, but that is not an attractive option. If one deals with abuse complaints anyway, it feels more worthwhile doing it for a high volume node.
