In case anyone is keeping an eye on things or otherwise monitoring relays, I have just decommissioned the relay "wsmith6079" (with fingerprint 01AE002B4E60AE5A8FF40FDB67260F85AB0878AE) within the last several minutes.
This relay has been in service for a little over two years but, unfortunately, it's time has come.
