Test errors

After running this test again on the pt-PT bundle, I couldn't reproduce the error.

- tor_bootstrap:
    torbrowser-install-5.5_ru.exe
    torbrowser-install-5.5_tr.exe
    torbrowser-install-5.5_vi.exe
    torbrowser-install-5.5_zh-CN.exe

It looks like the Tor control and socks ports were not released after testing the previous bundle, which caused the following bundles to fail.
