Hi!
Following an internal survey ([tpo/tpa/team#42782][]), TPA has just adopted a weekly, three hour maintenance window starting at 18:00UTC every Thursday, which is equivalent to:
- 10:00 US/Pacific - 13:00 US/Eastern - 15:00 America/Sao_Paulo - 19:00 Europe/Amsterdam - 21:00 Africa/Nairobi - 07:00 Pacific/Auckland
... and, with daylight saving changes for places that observe it:
- 11:00 US/Pacific - 14:00 US/Eastern - 20:00 Europe/Amsterdam - 06:00 Pacific/Auckland

Hi! So today will be one of those active maintenance windows where I will be rebooting the fleet, starting at 18:00UTC sharp, in a little over 5 hours from now. This is a courtesy reminder, but we won't be doing those in the future. Refer to the calendar and the rest of the ADR for followup! https://gitlab.torproject.org/tpo/tpa/team/-/wikis/policy/0111-maintenance-w...
