[tor-project] test gettor reimplementation

Over the last few months we have being working on reimplementing gettor as part of rdsys[0]. As a last step before moving it into production we are testing that everything works fine.

You can help us testing it and telling us if everything works as expected or something could be improved by sending emails to it at: gettor-test@riseup.net The links provided should work, but they are not located in the official gettor places.
