Hi anon, Can you tell us what you mean by "the official instructions"? What have you tried? What OS, what torrc settings? Also, have you checked out the eotk (https://github.com/alecmuffett/eotk) which helps do exactly what you're describing? It might be a bit much if you're a newbie with web servers, but there are lots of resources out there for people just getting started.
