Moving mirror & changing hostname - tor-mirrors

      Hi there,
Could you please remove the US mirror 'torproject.guilhem.org' (added to the
CSV after my post to this list on Sun Apr 21 12:38:48 UTC 2013), and add the
following instead:

(I'll take down the US mirror whenever this one is added to the CSV.)
The certificate for HTTPS is signed by CAcert Class 3 Root, and has the
following fingerprints:
