Hello! I am happy that you are interested in contributing! There is https://support.torproject.org/glossary/ with some words from the Tor Project for our users, and there is also a Glossary available for translators in Weblate. It shows definitions of words present on the string.

If it doesn't exist, it may be a good idea to spend a little time on it to allow anyone who wants it to help with the translation, regardless of their technical knowledge background. It may be a way of speeding the translation process in not commonly spoken languages.
