I wanted to let you know that we can start translating the Community Portal[1] in Transifex[2].

This website will give information about contributing to the Tor Project in many ways, and it has a section about Localization as well.

(Small note: Please make sure the Tor Browser manual, the Support Portal, and the Tor Project website are translated to your language before translating this one)

I have also added some more information to https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/wiki/doc/translation/rules with best practices for translation, although maybe I should move this to the community portal eventually.
