[tor-dev] Tor Control PHP library

Hi, I've built a PHP library implementing the TOR control protocol: https://github.com/dunglas/php-torcontrol/ I've also built a Symfony framework bundle for this library: https://github.com/dunglas/DunglasTorControlBundle It allows to control a Tor server from a PHP script.
