is the list of Tor Exit IP addresses available from Tor Control Port or only from https://check.torproject.org/exit-addresses via TorDNSEL ?
The list from check.tp.o is built by active measurement -- it builds a circuit through each exit relay and finds out what IP address it used for making the exit connection. Your Tor client only knows the IP address that the exit relay advertises for incoming connections, and if the exit relay is multi-homed (as some are), they could be different.
So no, that list of actual exit addresses is not available via the control port, because your Tor doesn't know it.
You might enjoy https://check.torproject.org/cgi-bin/TorBulkExitList.py as a more fun way to interact with the exit-addresses list.
