If you apply the attached patch atop of this one [1], you should be able to see the following.
$ dist/build/runtests/runtests Cases: 21 Tried: 21 Errors: 0 Failures: 0
(The tests only check encoders/decoders, so you don’t need to have networking enabled.)
Is there anything else I can do?
