It's basically the same as https://metrics.torproject.org/users.html?graph=userstats-relay-country&... but for every country at once. I thought it might help reveal differences and similarities.

It's made with the attached R script. Run it like so:

Rscript relays-all.R

I forgot to mention you need clients.csv from https://metrics.torproject.org/stats/clients.csv.
