[tor-dev] The master branch is now 0.2.4.0-alpha-dev

Hi, all. I have forked off a maint-0.2.3 and a release-0.2.3 branch in the usual fashion, and incremented the version in the master branch to "0.2.4.0-alpha-dev". All branches targeted for inclusion in Tor 0.2.3.x should now be based on "maint-0.2.3"; all branches targeted for inclusion in 0.2.4 or later can still be based on master. For a reminder of the difference of maint and release, see doc/HACKING in the Tor repository. I do not expect to actually start merging anything into 0.2.4.x this week, but you never know. peace, -- Nick
